      Pros

      Great benefits packages, great training and support from Coaches. Managers are highly involved and interested in your growth and development, upper management truly seem to care. Fun environment with challenging aspects as well. No day is the same, but everyday you grow and feel good about working at such a great company.

      Cons

      Overall Pay is extremely low, the benefits offset some of this but some can’t live day to day on these salaries, and need second jobs but don’t have time after fulfilling their commitment to DWHs.

      Cons

      Company is very frivolous but rewards thrifty mindset with profit sharing and ESOP for all employees.

      The Family atmosphere that David Weekley has Everyone seems happy to be working for David Weekley The way we treat our trade partners is far above and beyond any other builder in the valley We have team building events which helps you grow in your position and interact with others in other positions. Amazing company to work for no micromanaging. If you do your job that is. Benefits are amazing David Weekly truly takes care of their employees.
