      Cons

      Some members of management need replaced, or trained in giving constructive feedback and general management skills. Large restructures affect job responsibilities, changing management too often. High turnover.

      comfortable office spaces and abundant resources

      Cons

      Complete disregard for work/life balance. toxic management style enabled by HR. retaliatory behavior in response to basic requests. Lack of understanding for employees with childcare needs.
