Disappointed Assistant Store Manager - Anonymous employee David's Bridal Employee Review

The highest turn over I've ever seen! Cannot keep the store staffed!! No wonder...the stylist do not get commission unless they meet $170 sph. They do not encourage their staff. They do not care about customers. They say customer service is important but actions speak louder than words. The hours suck!! I've never worked for such a disorganized company. Yes the pay is great, but money isn't everything. This is the most stressful job.
