Pros

Fairly decent flexible scheduling, great pay that scales with the job level, wonderful machines!!!! Surprisingly few Bridzillas, Momzillas, or other Zillas. Getting to work with lost of different alteration types

Cons

Extreme micro-management, every single minute needs to be logged, which takes time to do. I was told that I would be fully trained on the things I didn't know so I could be more rounded and possibly be moved up to the next level, but that never happened. I was brought in to fix some mistakes on a wedding dress. I offered to work off the clock since the fixes needed would require completely restructuring the bodice and adding major adjustments to the waist but was told I would be fired if I did so. The bride was extremely understanding and beyond patient despite being told that the dress needed to be completely switched out
