      - Real followup by Sales Engineers/HR managers (during the recruitment process and after starting to work at the end-customer) - Authentic human relationship - Very nice offsite/teambuilding in Paris - Good salary

      Cons

      - A little bit small branch, which is developing fast, though! - Career would not move much, it is a consulting company

      Pros

      The money can be good; holiday time; Christmas bonus. Most of the employees are pleasant. Your employers are not too bad, but some racism exist within the office.

      Cons

      Long term can be hard due to the attitude of the employers. Fake it to make it. They tend to be partial to employees who have been there longer.
