Most of the coworkers you interact with on a daily basis are great and super nice.

Turnover rates are ridiculous. The company is so poorly run it can’t seem to keep any employees. C suite managers are all rude and have no idea about textiles. Raises are minimal if anything but usually non-existent. No opportunity for upward growth. Horrible company to work for.
