Pros
Dws has some of the best people in the industry. Great minds and a place that you have the ability to learn a lot to get started in your career.
Cons
Dws doesn't value it's employees. The top care about the bottom dollar at the expense of losing good people. They would rather lose a dollar in the future to save a dime today. All of the training is self taught, if you want to be successful you have to do it yourself. But don't get too successful or they will cap your commissions and adjust your plan so the company will make more.
