Toxic and undertrained Management and HR No career growth opportunities or coaching - very hard internally to do Product and revenue-led over employee values and contribution - optimally for stakeholder attraction No security - quick continued acquisition of products, to debt value in the current economy, can be seen in active layoffs annually HR - actively lays off employees with FMLA, ADA, or other. HR lacks significant professionalism and organization for such a large org Salaries are way below market value
