The company's positive work environment underwent a dramatic change following the appointment of a new VP, resulting in a lack of support for the enrollment team and significant leadership opacity. Ultimately, the team faced layoffs during an economic downturn, indicating poor job security and inadequate leadership attention to critical departmental issues impacting overall workflow. Hence, I would not recommend this company due to these concerns.
