There is a ton of favoritism and it is very cliquey.. A free of the supervisors/managers carry themselves in such a cocky/arrogant and will walk past you and act like you weren’t there. It seems as though once you make a mistake, your on the crap list. Lack of full time opportunities- they hire so many part time people and manager trainees and expect part timers to be ok with never moving up from their current position. MANAGEMENT WILL PROMISE YOU FULL-TIME, JUST TO KEEP YOU AROUND!! TOTAL JOKE.
