Pros
Overall, good, decent company - they offer good benefits. There’s an ongoing effort to make field work more efficient and friendly by using AI developments; I’m actually looking forward to it. Field work is taxing to say the least and AI can help us alleviate the load.
They are supportive if personal issues arise. I had a family emergency during Christmas and I was able to travel overseas in a short notice and at that time I had ran out of PTO, so I appreciate that.

Sometimes is hard to decode what’s happening behind scenes, depending on the manager. Right now our team has a fantastic person, 100% professional. It wasn’t always like that, in the past we had a tyrant manager and was hell, luckily he’s gone, but it left a sour aftertaste
Decisions about your job are made without the employee input whatsoever, it doesn’t matter how will affect you, it’s either you take it or leave it, that also left an aftertaste.
