Career progression is massive in the company I began as a bar back when I started in the company and am now running an entire department which allows me to help others to grow like I did
Cons
No parking for staff is a bit annoying but it’s not the end of the world as most people who do drive and get one of the few spaces near the hotel will usually give lifts
