Raise your quality of employees. Have you no standards? This company harbors employees that should of been fired years ago, not to mention the rehiring of employees that never should of been allowed to return. We may be short on drivers but this doesn’t mean hiring low standard, bad attitude employees who purposely break policy without any repercussions. The manager thinks she can solve issues by placing positive affirmations and pictures of unicorns and rainbows on the walls. The kids are once again out of control on the busses because there isn’t any disciplinary action anymore. She always say “the kids need to be in school” with is nonsense. This place will never get better as long as we continue to lower our standards to accommodate bad employees.
