Pros
DearDoc is a great company to grow and develop professionally. If you’re committed and exceed your metrics, you can advance there’s a clear career development plan in place. I’ve had very good managers, and the people are incredibly kind and supportive. It’s a company with constant change, so if you’re not comfortable with that, it might not be the right fit for you. The salary is good, and the work environment is the best of any place I’ve worked. I’ve learned a lot here.
Cons
I don’t see it as a disadvantage, but for some people the workload can feel heavy. Our commitment to delivering for the client comes first, so we do whatever it takes to make it happen.
