Leadership seems a little lost at times.

I can only talk on behalf of the Finance team! They are amazing. it is a lot on your unit manager. The parent company is Blue Cross Blue Shield. lot of opportunity to learn and grow

The biggest con is that they pay under the market rate and don't get promotions that easily. Regardless of how amazing the team some point you will leave due to high inflation. I notice the trend lot of young people leaving within 2 to 3 years after gaining experience
