Pros

I hope you've read other reviews of this company before this one—every single word here is true. There is one person who behaves like a dictator, as if he rules the place. Management occasionally claims to acknowledge the problems, calling it the "first step toward solving them," but you’ll hear the same line in every single meeting, with no real change. People have tried reaching out to the founder to explain what actually happens on the floor, but it seems he’s closed his ears—receiving only a twisted, partial version of the truth from one individual. That person only cares about one thing: ensuring everyone bows down to him and agrees with whatever he says. He speaks to people however he pleases, and then plays the victim. He takes credit for others' work in front of the founder and shifts blame to everyone else when something goes wrong. Honestly, this should be more than enough for you to turn around and run!

Cons

Everything listed as a pro is actually a con—because there are no real pros.

Pros

Nothing good things here to work

Cons

Payment is a serious concern. Despite the tasks being approved, payments are not being released within the agreed timeline. Additionally, some tasks are being rejected after approval, which appears to be due to reluctance to process the payment. Looks like they are doing fraud with the payment
