Pros
Great employee engagement strategies, makes everyone feel warm and welcome in the organization. Quite a few hobby clubs to relieve work stress once in a while, plenty of office dinners, outings, parties etc. Teams are quite well-knit and close, there is no animosity inter or intra team ever. Great place for fresh graduates to work, BUT...
Cons
... it feels like an extension of college... There are significant areas of improvement in professionalism. Importance is not given to deadlines, quality of deliverables, documentation. There is seems to be no structure in work. Often, juniors rely entirely on the bhaiyas and didis (seniors) in the company to help them think through problem-solving. These are things freshers need to learn early in their careers, and the lack of importance given to teaching these things is problematic Also, being a consultancy, the managers seem to follow a 'client is always right' approach even if what the client asks for is not feasible or does not make sense from a business point of view.
