Pros
I have met some genuinely hardworking, smart and amazing people here
Cons
If you are considering a job with DecisivEdge, don't be deceived by the company's "open door" policy and "culture" - there are far deeper issues beneath the surface. Their open door policy is to enable the manager to micromanage the employees and their culture apparently is to just show that they care whereas the reality differs vastly. It is no secret that the management style here is still stuck in the mid-80's with little to no flexibility at all. The business is currently experiencing a slow-down, and upper management has no real plan in action for the future. Unfortunately, their tendency to over promise the deliverables leads to hiring and eventually the dismissal of employees when a project ends or isn't renewed. They are laying off several employees without giving them a decent amount of notice or support . I wish that they genuinely thought of all employees as "We" which they apparently preach. The career paths of DE employees are never made clear. It is expected to go with the flow and those who are looking for an organization to provide support and development for their career should look elsewhere. The organization does bare minimum for their employees who have even migrated to other sides of the world. So if you are considering a job with DecisivEdge be aware of this reality.
