There is a very fast turnover in all departments of the company. This high turnover rate means that there is very little continuity and poor employee training. The company suffers from poor communication and a lack of understanding of the challenges that this turnover creates.
The company tries to operate at a level that is not consistent with its strengths and it continuously backfires. The owners of the company micro-manage each department to a level where employees are unable or unwilling to make important and timely decisions for fear of making the wrong decisions and being publicly chastised for their actions.
