Pros
Turning around projects more quickly than in real life.
Cons
Pathetic pay and the bonuses are a total joke. Especially for the amount of work you do. Its literally a ridiculous, insane amount of work & I'm not a Classic (entry level) designer either. The assistants that 'grade' your work before its given to the client are inexperienced nightmares. They pick on every little thing and the sad part is, the client suffers, because they have to wait and wait. Your professional name suffers. Also, they have limited vendors to work with, which is a challenge for the designer and the client, as your design choices are limited. Yet they push and push sales, not quality design. I'm sure they are heading down the road of now shuttered Laurel & Wolf. This cannot last, as so many designers are sick of the slave wages and treatment and the clients don't get what they deserve either. Avoid.
