Pros
The company grew fast and had a lot potential; It provided great training opportunities; It became better at employee appreciation (summer events, happy hours, book clubs); Technology wise, it was leading industry in terms of business applications (accounting, reporting, pricing, etc);
Cons
Though the coverage was great, but the employee cost for medical/dental insurance was on the high side. It was not very open to flexible hours.
