Undervalue and underappreciate their maintenance - Maintenance Technician Decron Properties Employee Review

Decron fails to put the time in to knowing their associates and the work they do therefore undervaluing and underappreciating the workers - specifically the maintenance team. The whole year of 2020, maintenance risked their lives going into hundreds of apartments not knowing if they were being exposed to COVID and still received no form of gratification or appreciation. If you want to work for this company, the only way to make money is if you're in corporate. However, if corporate won't even take the time to give a raise to someone who deserves it, how can anyone expect to grow and move up in this company? Good luck to anyone working here.
