Pros
Though there are new trained employees we have a large core group with years and years of experience. If you are an experienced professional in the freight industry you are not micro managed. You are left alone to do your thing. Some positions are more involved than at other companies but that goes with the territory.
Cons
Though you have a lot of autonomy (you do your thing) you generally work longer hours than the 8-5 model which is pretty standard for the industry. If you are hourly you get paid overtime.
