The company has a strong sense of integrity and accountability. Each member of the leadership team and the team on the ground are exceptionally helpful and I never have to ask for assistance twice. The executive leadership team and owner of the company is very committed to her staff and the consultant that work for her. She ensures we have a work/life balance and consistently checks in with us to understand how we are doing. I appreciate the companies dedication to the community and charity and opening opportunities for the staff and consultants to contribute .
