Working from anywhere is what we do so it's nice to hear that was working well. I am disappointed to hear that you felt politics and leadership were sub par. At the other end of everything we do is a human - onboarding into a new role, offboarding and transitioning to a new opportunity, receiving pay, looking to access their work history and documents, and so on. We take our service of the people at the other end of our services very seriously. There is no intention to be political - merely an intention to advocate for people.
Regarding the perception that we "fire people very easily" - I disagree. Just as we take the work we do seriously for our end users, we take our responsibility to our people at Deel very seriously. Its never an easy decision to let someone go - whether it be for performance (which we do have a culture of high performance), inability to work autonomously or in a fully distributed work environment, inability to scale and grow, lack of caring for the customer, failure to achieve quota or targets, etc. We strive to treat people with respect no matter what the situation, even on departure.
