The company is one big chaos without any long-distance plans . There are changes every few days but they are coming to the starting point every time. Work life balance is a nonexistent, which results from the poor organization. The company doesn’t incentivize their employees and pay way below the average salaries across almost all department, unless you’re very close to the C-level. Speaking of the C-level people, some of them have no or very little experience (I’m not talking about all of them) throwing different nonsense projects.
