The management is the worst part of the company. in my team, absolutely all employees were demotivated, managers constantly lied to us and were never honest and open with us. Since it's a remote job, the manager should also do his best to make the team friendly, but we didn't have that. In addition, they decided to fire me on the grounds of low performance, but this is not true. I did not have the lowest results. I didn't have any PIP ( but my other colleagues had!!) .
Most likely, it was the initiative of a manager who did not like me personally because I was always sincere in my statements and did not always support his ideas when asked for my opinion. Accordingly, I have a claim against the HR department, who did not check my results, or if the reason was different, they should have at least been honest with me!
I wish I had complained about the manager earlier, when I caught him in a lie! For example, when I went to an interview for a managerial position, knowing that another person had already received the offer! They simply forgot about me and he pretended that nothing had happened.
I don't recommend this place if you want to maintain your mental health. Although I really like the product and the idea of the company!
