Pros
I've recently joined Deel and so far, the experience has been very positive. The company culture is great — open, inclusive, and supportive. Work pressure is manageable, and there's a healthy work-life balance. The people here are not only skilled and professional, but also collaborative and approachable. Management is encouraging and gives you the freedom to own your work, which is really motivating. One of the best parts about working at Deel is the global team — you get to collaborate with talented individuals from many different countries, which makes every day interesting and helps you grow both professionally and personally.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that, even as a full-time employee, there are no benefits provided (like health insurance, wellness perks, etc.), which is something to consider.
