Pros

- A great team of people striving for success. - Cool technologies. - The team doesn't close itself off to new solutions (processes, technologies). - Money is good :)

Cons

The atmosphere is startup-like—you either like it or you don't. In such places, you learn a lot, but you also work a lot using various tools and technologies. This was an advantage for me but will be a disadvantage for some.

Pros

Good work life balance, not the typical startup stress

Cons

Overall, my experience was rather disappointing. While the company offers a good work-life balance, several fundamental issues made it difficult to feel truly engaged or empowered in my role. The organizational structure is heavily influenced by corporate processes that often slow down execution. Decision-making is highly centralized, with most authority resting in the hands of the CEO and CTO, while other C-level executives have limited impact and decision-making power. This leads to a lack of clarity and autonomy at other levels of the organization. Employees are not given much responsibility or trust to drive initiatives forward independently, which stifles growth and motivation. Communication and feedback loops are weak or being avoided, making it hard to align or improve performance effectively. Despite promoting an AI product, the internal setup is surprisingly manual. Many routine tasks that could easily be automated are still handled manually, and the overall tooling landscape feels outdated and inefficient. Onboarding and offboarding processes also leave a lot to be desired and would benefit from a complete overhaul to provide a more professional and structured experience. There is definitely potential, but a lot of foundational work is needed to create a more empowering and efficient working environment
