      Culture and colleagues are great - very friendly and supportive. Lots of opportunities to shape your role and develop in areas that you find interesting. Work/life balance is well respected. Good benefits package and regulate pay reviews for team.

      None really. The work is all complex B2B, which wouldn’t be for everyone. But I don’t see this personally as a con

      Pros

      Very positive attitude, nice intelligent people.The agency is very commited to Hubspot and is highly rated as a Hubspot partner.

      Cons

      Leamington is nice place to work but quite expensive to live there. The office isn't anything special, nothing wrong with it but it's just a couple of rooms and one is a basement.
