Pros

Nothing that I can think of. I don't even know why this company has 4.5 stars. Maybe because they tampering with the reviews to encourage applicants to apply when in fact, HR is just struggling to hire designers because of the high turnover rate.

Cons

1. High turnover rate. 2. The company still accepts toxic clients. 3. They always say "Just talk to us about your concerns", "Speak up", and many more, but yeah, you literally speak up about your concerns. There's no action moving forward. 4. QAs and AMs are BS. QAs - too slow so even if you work early, you still get to work late because of them. If the designer is the cause of overtime, they'll automatically report it from the management but if the QAs, never mind. AMs will bombard you with a lot of work. One thing I don't get about the AM is that even if the project is too vague, they'll just force you to start to work on it, and of course, your time just got wasted working on nonsense output. 5. You'll not become a "Designer" here, you'll become a pixel-mover instead of being a problem-solver. You'll not learn anything from here except from technical skills that you can search on the internet, there's no even conceptualization and design thinking.

Hey there, Thiago here! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts about working with us. We appreciate all feedback, even when it's not so positive. Let's chat about some of the points you raised: First off, our 4.5-star rating comes from honest reviews by our team members. We don't mess with that. In fact, we wouldn't be able to even if we tried, as Glassdoor doesn't allow it. If that were the case, wouldn't we delete your review just because it's negative? Yet, it's still here. Our turnover rate is the lowest we know of in the industry. We pay our people fairly and, in most cases, above their asking rate. Not to mention the plethora of bonuses and benefits we've been adding during the past year. I understand your confusion because we hire new designers every week due to our growth. We do our best to hire great designers, the top 1%, and we're proud of the talented folks who choose to work with us. About our clients, we pick them very carefully. As you probably know, we conduct client-fit calls with 90% of them before they sign up. Sometimes projects can be tough, but we always try to create a good work environment for our team. You've probably seen for yourself that when a client is being unreasonable (I would never call them "toxic"), we terminate our agreement with them. We have many ways for you to speak up, including talking directly to leadership. If you've spoken to someone in leadership and still felt your issues weren't addressed, I'd love to know more so we can do better. I checked our logs and couldn't see any complaints. Unfortunately, for us to address concerns, we need to hear about them. Our QAs and AMs work hard to keep all projects running smoothly. They face challenges too, just like designers. We're all in this together, trying to do our best work. Again, this is another point where you could have used "Speak out," but I can't find any complaints being reported. You might have had a hard time with us, but please don't believe you share the same experience as everyone. As you hear from dozens of our designers during every Wednesday meeting, they share how much they're learning and how their lives as designers have changed by working with us. I'm super proud of the impressive number of people who either left us or are still with us but keep praising our environment for our learning and development programs. I'm sorry you either didn't get to take part or chose not to do so. I'd love to chat more about your experience and see how we can make things better. Every view helps us grow. You know how to find me. Thanks again for your feedback!

Pros

- Permanent Work-from-home setup - Wide variety of graphic design tasks, typically handling 3–4 different assignments per day. - Senior designers are generally approachable exept for some management.

Cons

- Workload can be overwhelming, with multiple tasks assigned simultaneously and often accompanied by unrealistic deadlines. - Limited time for creativity, we are expected to produce strong outputs within 2hrs per task or we will be questioned. - Even after completing assigned tasks for the day, employees are expected to proactively find additional work to fully utilize time which contributes to burnout. - Micromanagement can be excessive. - Overtime is officially not allowed, yet we are often expected to work beyond regular hours to meet urgent client demands, without additional compensation.
