      Rewarding and challenging job Develop relationships in community and with interns A lot of freedom in how to achieve goals

      Cons

      Long hours EDF, the parent organization, doesn't care about the program or its organizers. They are also horribly behind the ball when it comes to policy and completely out of touch. Stay away because EDF is completely in disarray and incompetent

      Pros

      Defend our future strives to engage millennials in climate change action. It is for a good cause, there are passionate people within the company, and there are many connections to be made.

      Cons

      Since it is a grassroots campaign, it can be very unorganized at times. Not a good understanding on how to hold events.
