      The concept and mission was great, Vets taking care of vets.

      The platform and technology was so broken, more time spent working on work arounds and band-aides to keep it running

      Easy to work, always moving and on the edge of technology

      Cons

      They probably ironed out most of this but while I was there, they were still new, so no organization.

      The people who is not in the management team are not bad. You can get involve with different projects (Due to understaff)

      Poor Management Unreasonable Expectation Unclear direction Management will always lie to you
