Trust levels in this place are at an all time low, probably due to. Gaslighting and very leadership. Was asked for opinion on an scoping out an auto dealership SAAS. Said my input was critical on this as it would cost them a lot of money (I'm not a partner, just a full time developer with no RSUs even). So there never was such a deal in the making it turns out. They were just picking my brain about my past employer from 4 years ago! I found out when they would bring up these tidbits about my experience there in other meetings to humiliate me. Zero Diversity. All the people who work here look like complete clones of each other in terms of race, sub race (southern WASP), gender, education and even sub-culture in how they dress and talk. Def a good ol boys company, yet they say they hire diversely on their career pages (probably for legal reasons)
