Pros
I worked there couple years ago I left the company to jump another field. I have to say this one the best company I have ever worked. I still talk about them positively even we do not have any solid connection. There are some pros. - good management style especially CEO and COO - taking care of employees - prioritize customer and employees needs -good training opportunities -room for growth in terms of knowledge and experience -learning cutting edge technology and methodologies
Cons
- Turkish economy might affect them to decide salary arrangement.
