You can work remotely and the schedule can be somewhat flexible. You rarely hear from anyone on off days; they were very respectful that way. You have a lot of ownership. The CEO always maintains respectful communication which anyone appreciates.
Cons
Dedicated project managers would have made the work and client experience much better. Adding one or two PMs would have taken this company to another level. I didn't see a solid sales plan or how the team would be involved with that plan, but it seemed expected. Had a very weird HR experiences.
Remote work/work from home and schedule "can" be flexible
Cons
Treat you like an employee with no benefits(aka dictate hours which is against labor laws )No communication. No management. Nothing but hostile emails from President and Owner. Bonus structure changing constantly. Good luck getting a true final paycheck as an employee or contractor without arguing any pto or hours. Do not contract with this company. Instant hostility from owner once they decide they don't want to utilize you.
