Pros
If you are a nepotism-borne employee, you get all the leeway. Or if you have an affair with somebody from the top management, you don't have to worry about job security, no matter how dumb you are.
Cons
1. There's no end to flexible working hours. You may be called in to stay available at the oddest of hours. There is no recognition of putting in extra time or extra effort, as it is considered your 'duty'. 2. God forbid you have a life outside of this company, because how dare you? 3. No perks for employees, no work from home, no insurance. 4. Delayed salaries almost every other month. When you question the delay, management feels uncomfortable and does not address your situation. 5. If, by any chance, while working with this company do you get pregnant, you will not receive any maternity benefits (even if the law requires it). Instead, a termination letter will be handed. 6. HR, your manager and anybody you think you can trust, are mere puppets in the hands of a few from the upper management. 7. They won't give you your relieving letter/ experience certificate unless you practically beg for it. 8. As the company name suggests, it's purely 360 degrees of torture. No paperwork, No documentation. You won't even receive a copy of your appointment letter. 9. Filled with tobacco chewing, women belong in the kitchen kind of mentality of employees. UNSAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR WOMEN.
