Well below market pay No flexible working arrangement even during Covid lockdown Toxic incompetent management Would gas light you if you requested a raise There was a culture to work overtime with no additional pay and was told ‘it will look good when you go for your next performance review and then you MIGHT get a better salary then.’ No room for employment growth and begging for a wage rise even during Covid when inflation hit 8% didn’t even come off! Very high staff turnover - wouldn’t be surprised if the recruitment companies made more money than the actual staff The CFO thinks he owns the place and the mastermind and refers to the properties as ‘my units’ and likes to taunt staff for fun, but is really just another employee like the rest of them. It’s a battle of the egos and dog eat dog, everyone’s reputation is on guard instead of working together.
