Pros
A pretty diverse workforce, so you get cool coworkers every now and then. Most of the HR department was actually lovely, very friendly and helpful, though their hands were tied most of the time because of greedy CEOs and upper management. The yearly Christmas party is also pretty cool, and then you can tell that the company isn't actually poor, they just aren't paying you enough.
Cons
Greedy, unmotivating managers. Lots of yelling and unprofessional behaviour in the office. Your projects will be held back because of departments that don't do their job correctly or on time, and then the blame will be shifted back to you. Absolutely sickening drama with some people employed there with zero consequences, such as inappropriate workplace relationships and even one 30-year-old man having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old and everyone knowing about it.
