      The people in the front office and in manufacturing were a good group of people to work with. The dealer network was fun to talk to.

      Essentially none. HR runs a dictatorship.

      Cons

      Everything involved. Total war with union and employees on floor. Every department in a crab bucket race to the bottom, and a rapidly dwindling business.
