      - Good culture if you find the right time - Routine, non-demanding work that doesn't use much brainpower - Prestige

      Cons

      - Politics are annoying and you will be staffed on projects based on metrics of the team that have nothing to do with you or your interests -Being on the bench is horrible and can last for weeks -Progression takes time and pay is average
