      The company has a great culture and treats its employees with great respect

      Cons

      There are some projects where we have to do like a little more than nine hours, but I think that is manageable and they give a comp as well and given should be a little more

      Brutal hours during peak season Lack of continuity from junior staff levels although slowly improving (not by much)
