Pros
Benefits at Delta are very good, with multiple options in the types of retirement savings accounts and health insurance offered. Flight benefits are less and less of a "benefit" as flights are mostly full and standby travel is increasingly unpredictable, however it is still a nice perk of the job.
Cons
There is very little support from within the company itself. Sick policy precovid was non-existent, with any more than 3 "occurances" per rolling year as grounds for termination. The most common advice from senior crew to junior crew is "know your rights", as scheduling and management will often turn a blind eye to violations in minimum rest. No union means no fees, however also means very little job protection in unusual or extenuating circumstances.
