      Pros

      Flexible working hours between 9 a.m to 6 p.m. No office attire, you can wear casual attire like company t-shirt and jeans. There a pool table provided that so you can play the pool during the lunch time. Opportunity to be transferred at Bulgaria factory and headquarters at U.K.

      Cons

      Limited medical benefits. Only cover up to RM 500 to your outpatient. Don't cover maternity or ward charges. Limited carrier development. Insufficient legal documents when you're working at overseas business unit. Working with visitors visa and there no insurance cover they also pay you in Malaysian Ringgit instead of country you working at.

      Pros

      Recognition for the work you do. Good progression opportunities from Apprentice to Senior roles. Company appraises employees regularly and places managers with the responsibility of accounting for their teams. Decent pay. Working from home available to all office staff and some shop floor staff depending on role.

      Cons

      Some of the IT systems are older, however, this is being rectified.
