      Constantly rewarded for service excellence. Leadership is backed by longevity and knowledge of the business Pleasant AND Professional. They take very good care of their contractors!

      Cons

      Sometimes the pay is slightly less than what I'm seeking, but at least it's offered!

      Pros

      If you’re a Caucasian woman that fits their boutique style culture you will be placed at a top tier employer.

      Cons

      If you’re a person of color or of Hispanic descent, you will more than likely be placed on the back burner until they have something mediocre to offer you. It seems like all the higher earning jobs are reserved for their hand selected “boutique style” group of women.
