Customers you have to deal with are always irate, you will not feel human at this place. Nearly no training at all, they throw you right in. Not a family feel at all managers will threaten to charge you if you make a mistake on an order, probably because the company is going bankrupt. And yes if you are not Bulgarian you are worked like a dog and get to watch them all get special privileges (month long paid vacations) but they will threaten to fire you for calling in sick even one time. Their communication with Home Depot is awful, half of their policies and prices don't line up with what the stores actually tell people, which you get to deal with when the customer figures it out.
