Friendly staff and consistent work schedule.

Little to no raises, occasionally get into arguments with higher-ups. Alot of the work is done alone.

Decent pay, and hours and benefits.

Coworkers that look down on you, talk about you behind your back. Only good to the company when theres work. Once the work drys up, your laid-off and they just rehire for the position. They will NOT train from within. They give you some time yo learn and grow, but if your not, they cut you loose.
