      -Supporting government contractors through GovWin has been incredibly rewarding—helping clients navigate complex procurement landscapes and win more business. -The team environment fosters knowledge sharing, mentorship, and genuine camaraderie. -Deltek invests in its people with training, certifications, and leadership opportunities that have helped me grow continuously.

      Cons

      -Navigating communication across departments can sometimes be challenging, especially in a matrixed environment. While this topic seems to come up from time to time, it has gotten better over the years and it has taught me the value of persistence. -Compensation increases have been modest over time, but this is more than offset by the incredible work life balance at Deltek.

      Good culture and supportive coworkers One thing that stands out is that employees repeatedly talk about the people being collaborative and easy to work with. For CSM teams especially, there are comments about low internal drama and strong teamwork.

      Morale dips after layoffs: Common issue in enterprise SaaS. Remaining employees sometimes inherit extra accounts or responsibilities after reductions. Internal communication can get corporate/vague. Employees sometimes mention leadership messaging during reorganizations feels polished but not fully transparent.
