      Fully Remote and nice people to work with

      Incredibly busy and stressful job. They constantly put more work on your plate and get mad when you ask for a raise. No retirement benefits or raises.

      - No cold calling - Great company leadership - Managers that care about you as a person - 18 days of PTO from day one

      Cons

      - There aren't set-in-stone pathways to promotion - Pay raises are inconsistent - Office closes the last two weeks of the year so you're forced to use ~7-9 days of PTO for the days where they're closed and aren't holidays
