Pros
Demandforce is full of great people. The account execs are smart and hungry and most of the LDRs are young and up-and-coming and will be very successful.
Cons
This isn't a place to learn sales. They teach you to bulldog your prospects into seeing a demo and cram the product down their throat with EOQ promos. EOQ is hectic to say the least, and if prospects don't sign up they get completely burned. (look at how many business hate DF not because of the product but because of the sales team) . Middle management is totally out of touch with their employees. RGMs got in early. There are a few people who are skilled leaders, but most are cocky and clueless.
